About Therapy Threads
Therapy Threads is an independent therapist-owned practice dedicated to making mental health support accessible, relatable, and stigma free. It offers online therapy for adolescents and adults, creating a space to navigate anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth through a blend of evidence-based approaches and expressive art therapy.
Therapy is for anyone, anywhere, for anything, it is a tool for self-reflection, emotional resilience, and gaining clarity and sometimes just venting. We like to think of thoughts as threads, sometimes neatly woven, sometimes tangled, and sometimes unraveling at the most inconvenient moments. Therapy helps untangle those knots, reweave your story, and strengthen the patterns that serve you best.
As a solo-led private practice, it blends the warmth of one-on-one support with the reliability of a structured service thoughtfully built to make therapy feel less like a task and more like a space that truly fits into your life.

I'm Shravya Manchanda, a Counselling Psychologist and I know that taking care of our mental health is easier said than done. My approach is compassionate to help you make sense of your thoughts, navigate life's unpredictability, and find ways to care for yourself in a way that truly feels doable.

My work is person-centered and insight-oriented, where we explore your experiences, emotions, and patterns at a pace that feels right for you. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build psychological flexibility, Psychodynamic Therapy to explore how past experiences shape present patterns, and Expressive Art Therapy as an alternative way to process emotions when words aren’t enough.
